Our Riverside Cabin

The Kelly Cabin is a hidden gem nestled on the bank of the Beardy Waters River located at the eastern edge of Coolabah. Our secluded riverside experience offers you the opportunity to escape the craziness of everyday life and immerse yourself in the beauty of Coolabah amongst the spectacular Australian bush.

The cabin includes a wood combustion heater for those cool New England evenings and air conditioning for those warmer months. Evenings can be spent around our bespoke fire pit for a barbeque dinner, kids will love the marshmallow toasting.

Relax in the evenings in the outdoor jacuzzi with views overlooking the river.

The Kelly Cabin sleeps up to 6  indoors, in a 2 x single and 2 x double configuration with the opportunity to camp or swag close to cabin. The Kelly Cabin contains a shower bathroom with hot water and a rustic kitchen and the unique Cabin Bar. Riverside we have a wharf with ladder which allows easy access to those wishing to enjoy the river and all it offers, such as fishing and swimming and kayaking or canoeing.

The walls of the Kelly Cabin are decorated with many hunting and fishing photos and specimens as well as memorabilia of the cabin’s namesake Australia’s Most Notorious Bushranger Ned Kelly.
